From Information to Action: Supporting Disaster Relief After the Venezuela Earthquakes

Following the June 24, 2026 earthquakes in Venezuela, Endurion mission partner Grey Bull Rescue used our HADR platform to support humanitarian aid and disaster relief planning across impacted regions.
In a disaster environment, understanding what happened is only the beginning. Response teams also need to know what can still be reached, which infrastructure remains operational and how personnel, aid and supplies can safely move into affected areas.
Building the Operational Picture
Grey Bull Rescue used the platform to bring critical information into a common planning environment and evaluate multiple pathways into affected areas, including airports, ports, border crossings and routes into impacted regions.
Using active NOTAMs, teams could assess airspace restrictions and aviation constraints that could impact movement. Route and POI proximity analysis provided another layer of context by identifying infrastructure, services, hazards and operationally relevant locations along potential movement corridors.
Turning Live Data Into Decision Support
As conditions evolved, OSINT and live-stream feeds helped teams monitor changing information from the region, while computer vision analysis over satellite imagery supported damage and object detection across critical infrastructure.
The technology helped planners identify and assess airports, ports, transportation corridors, industrial facilities, logistics nodes and other infrastructure relevant to movement, staging and response operations.
Technology Built for the Mission
Grey Bull Rescue’s use of Endurion technology demonstrated how geospatial intelligence, live reporting, NOTAMs, access analysis and computer vision can come together to support disaster relief planning in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
Because in crisis response, the mission isn’t simply to see what happened. It’s to understand what remains accessible, what matters most and where teams need to move next.
That’s where mission technology becomes operationally relevant, turning fragmented information into situational awareness for faster, more informed decisions.
