Andrew “Andy” Wilson is a retired U.S. Army Sergeant Major and decorated combat veteran with 20 years in special operations, including service in a Tier 1 Special Mission Unit. After retiring in 2009, he founded Quiet Professionals, LLC, growing it into a nationally recognized defense and intelligence firm. As Founder and CEO, he is focused on advancing the Greater Tampa Bay Area as a hub for defense innovation.

He holds a U.S. utility patent, served as Executive Producer for 115 Grains, and supports multiple veteran-focused philanthropic organizations. Andy lives in Florida with his wife, Cindy, and their family.

Paul Bova is the Chief of Staff for Endurion in Tampa, Florida, with over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and general management. He has worked extensively with private equity–owned companies as a consultant, focusing on building leadership teams, applying behavioral analytics, and supporting successful exits. Earlier in his career, he held senior marketing roles at FitLinxx, Fort James, and Nestlé Waters North America, ultimately serving as General Manager of Interactive Business Development.

He holds an MBA from the University of Bridgeport and a BS from Northeastern University.

Bob Bevelacqua is the Chief Growth Officer and a former U.S. Army Special Forces Officer with over 13 years of service, and over 25 years of experience in defense contracting. He has led business development efforts securing billions in contracts and is an expert in Information and Psychological Operations.

A former military analyst, Bob holds degrees in Political Science, Public Administration, and International Studies.

Vong Chau is the Chief Technology Officer at Endurion, where he leads technology strategy, innovation, and engineering to support business growth and operational excellence. He previously served as Vice President of Information Technology, overseeing enterprise IT and cybersecurity strategy across cloud, infrastructure, and business systems.

Before joining the team, he founded an IT consulting firm focused on workplace modernization for healthcare and fintech clients. Vong holds a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity from St. Petersburg College.

John Atkinson is a Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years of experience in financial strategy and leadership within the government contracting industry. He oversees budgeting, forecasting, and risk management while ensuring strict adherence to FAR and CAS regulations. He works closely with executive and project teams to evaluate opportunities and improve performance.

John holds an MBA from Georgia State and a Master’s Certificate in Government Accounting from George Washington University.

Russ leads technical delivery at Endurion, providing the DoD with state-of-the-art support in DevSecOps, Cloud, and IT Modernization. A retired U.S. Air Force Colonel with 27 years of service, he previously served as the Deputy CIO/J6 for USSOCOM.

His leadership background includes senior roles within the SOF community, including AFSOC, SOCEUR, and JSOC.

Sergeant Major (Ret.) Matt Parrish is Senior Vice President of Strategy at Endurion, leading long-range strategy and engagement across the Special Operations and defense communities. A retired Green Beret, he served 20 years in U.S. Army Special Operations, including combat deployments, and culminated as the Senior Enlisted Leader for USSOCOM’s Preservation of the Force and Family program.

He is a former Executive Director of the Task Force Dagger Special Operations Foundation and an alumnus of the George W. Bush Institute’s “Stand To” Veteran Leadership Program.

Patrick Willis is a retired U.S. Army officer with more than 28 years of leadership experience across the DoD and Intelligence Community, specializing in intelligence, security, and Joint/SOF operations. He served in senior roles supporting SOCOM, SOCCENT, the Joint Staff, and multiple special operations organizations across 12 combat deployments.

Following his retirement in 2023, Pat held leadership roles with Boldend, SixGen, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Quiet Professionals. He currently serves as Endurion’s Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.

Cory leads secure cloud architecture, zero-trust initiatives, and advanced R&D at Endurion, including rapid prototyping of custom hardware. A U.S. Army National Guard veteran and Senior sUAS Pilot, he combines operational experience with expertise in software development and offensive security.

He is a certified OSCP and Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

Jacob ‘Jake’ Elliott first joined Endurion in 2018 after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His career started as a Proposal Manager and was promoted to Vice President of Business Development after securing $200M+ in contract awards for the organization.

Outside of the office, he enjoys pickleball, golf, and spending time with his wife Cason and their two Pekingese, Milli and Franklin.

Jim is a senior defense executive with over 16 years of experience in capture strategy and program execution across the DoD and Intelligence Community. He leads strategic pursuits for large, complex opportunities in emerging markets, with specialized expertise in Counter–WMD and global security missions.

Jim holds a Master’s from Johns Hopkins University and a BA from Virginia Tech.

As Vice President of Solution Development Darren Williams leads C5I and Mission Support business development and capture efforts. A retired U.S. Army CW3 with 22 years of Special Operations and C4ISR experience, he previously held senior roles at General Dynamics and ARMA Global supporting major growth initiatives.

He holds a degree in IT Management, is an INCOSE member, and is pursuing TOGAF 9 certification.

Tom Carpenter is the Vice President of Finance at Endurion, with over 15 years of experience in financial management and defense contracting, he oversees Pricing, Program Finance, Budgeting, Forecasting, and FP&A. Known for his strategic mindset and cross-functional leadership, Tom enables informed decision-making and consistent program performance in complex, regulated environments.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia.,

Kari Sagehorn is the Vice President of Accounting and Controller, responsible for financial reporting and overseeing accounting operations. She brings over 15 years of experience in accounting and defense contracting, including technical accounting consulting in public accounting and senior financial leadership roles within the government contracting industry.

Kari is a licensed CPA in Florida and holds an MBA, along with Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Business Management.
