Endurion Appoints Justin Janaskie As President And Chief Operating Officer
TAMPA, FL. — Endurion, a defense and technology company supporting Special Operations and national security customers, today announced the appointment of Justin Janaskie as President and Chief Operating Officer. His appointment strengthens Endurion’s leadership team as the company continues to expand its work across integrated mission support, advanced technology, and intelligence capabilities for defense and national security customers.
Janaskie joins Endurion shortly after the company’s public launch, which brought together Quiet Professionals and Spathe Systems under a unified brand. In his new role, he will oversee operational strategy, enterprise execution, and continued growth as Endurion scales its support for complex mission environments.
Janaskie brings more than 18 years of executive leadership experience across the aerospace and defense sector, with deep expertise in scaling complex operations, delivering advanced mission systems, and driving growth across defense markets. Throughout his career, he has led large business units responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), and advanced defense technologies supporting customers across the air, space, and maritime domains.

Prior to joining Endurion, Janaskie held senior executive leadership roles at MAG Aerospace and SpecTIR, overseeing global operations, logistics, technology strategy, and business development initiatives across the defense industry. He has extensive experience managing large-scale programs and helping organizations expand their capabilities in support of evolving national security requirements.

Janaskie holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Geological Engineering from the University of Mississippi. He also earned a post-graduate certificate in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders from The University of Texas at Austin.
