S3JV Awarded Positions on GSA OASIS+ Contract Vehicle Across Key Domains

TAMPA, Fla. — S3JV, a joint venture between Endurion and SE2S, today announced it has been awarded positions on the General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus(OASIS+) multi-award contract vehicle.

S3JV secured awards across three designated pools, including 8(a), Woman-Owned Small Business and Total Small Business in two core service domains:

• Management and Advisory: Delivering strategic consulting, program oversight, operational analysis, and administrative management solutions to enhance agency performance across federal civilian and defense environments.
• Technical & Engineering: Providing technical professional skills, systems integration, engineering oversight, and specialized technical support for complex national security missions.

OASIS+ is a Tier III, Best-in-Class (BIC) governmentwide acquisition contract featuring a 10-year ordering period (a five-year base plus one five-year option) with no total contract dollar ceiling or cap on awards. The vehicle provides federal agencies with a streamlined mechanism to procure complex, non-IT professional services.
