Provide comprehensive services to support the Naval Special Warfare Command's (NSW) operations including logistics, equipment maintenance, management, intelligence, engineering, and administrative services. Contractors will deliver logistics support services, including management and sustainment activities, leveraging best practices and Department of Defense supply chain management concepts. Equipment-related services will involve field service representatives for the modification, installation, and maintenance of specialized SOF equipment, such as Combatant Craft variants and tactical vehicles. Management support services will include strategic planning assistance, financial management, asset tracking, and human capital program support. Intelligence-related services will provide necessary intelligence support and coordination across various environments. The contract will also cover engineering and technical services to deliver engineering support for systems and equipment used by NSW.
Supply chain management and sustainment activities leveraging DoD concepts and tools (such as DPAS), including heavy equipment handling and material management.
Embedded Field Service Representatives (FSRs) providing installation, maintenance, and minor modifications for specialized SOF platforms—including Combatant Craft variants (CCA, CCH, CCM), RHIBs, tactical vehicles, combat diving systems, UUVs, and standard-issue weapons.
Strategic planning, capability and structuring analysis, financial management, asset tracking, acquisition lifecycle support, and Human Performance Programs (HPP).
Multi-environment intelligence integration, digital reconnaissance, open/all-source intelligence analysis, and ISR portfolio management spanning IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, and METOC.
Technical documentation, data science support, AI product support evaluations, research and analysis, and test-and-evaluation support for surface and submersible systems.
Specialized briefing production, multimedia visual aid generation, database management, and administrative tracking.
